Subject : Invitation for celebrating the Earth Day
Like in previous years, this year also we are planning to celebrate Earth Day in our school campus on the 22nd of April 2014. We would be delighted if the students and staff members of your school join us in the celebration, which will be inaugurated by the city Mayor Mr Brijesh Sharma at 10 AM.
On this occasion, we shall be holding an exhibition, highlighting the dangers of environmental pollution. Students shall be putting up posters, on how we can save Mother Earth, from the dangers of pollution. Students of your school can also send in their entries, which we shall put up for display.
Later in the day, there will be a cycle rally, in which students shall carry placards through the main thoroughfare of the city. This would educate the citizens on various ways they can help in curbing pollution and conserving energy.
We would be delighted if students of your school join us in this noble cause and make the event a grand success.
