16th February 20XXMy dearest Aunt Lucy,
You will not believe that I finally visited the Surajkund fair upon your recommendation. And I was wondering why I didn’t do so earlier. I went with Muzzaffar, a very close friend of mine. The fair was a grand affair with a rich collection of regional and international handicrafts and handlooms. It just went on to show the diversity of our cultural heritage. It was like I was surrounded with a splash of colours everywhere I could see. The cultural performances at the fair held my attention completely. The food court at the fair had cuisines from all over the world.I overate so much that I felt that I won’t be able to walk any further. Muzzaffar and I also tried all the rides, though he was a little reluctant at first. The mela showcased the best of the best and I will go there again next year.Love,
David
